Students explore artificial intelligence

Touch, explore and manipulate: Around 15 11th grade students ESG Gütersloh attended the first workshop on artificial intelligence (AI) held by TRR 318 at the University of Paderborn last Friday. First, students deciphered the functions of an AI-equipped system. This was followed by a three-hour hands-on program on AI topics.

The workshop was organized by researchers from the “Didactics of Computer Science” Subproject Ö. Further AI workshops are scheduled to follow in March and April. Interested teachers and school classes are invited to register these workshops. Prior knowledge of AI is not required.
