Project Z performs key management tasks for TRR 318. It coordinates the budget, ensures smooth internal communication, and organizes key events for the research network. In addition, Z creates favorable conditions for interdisciplinary collaboration, supports empirical research, promotes an attractive research environment, and is committed to international visibility, equality, and diversity. In the second funding phase, the project members not only accompany organizational processes such as synthesis formation, but also actively shape them: they test new formats and procedures, observe their effects, and analyze how they are perceived by TRR members.
