The members of TRR 318 are researching the complex process of co-constructive explanation between AI and humans. The focus is on key questions: How do explanations work between people? How can an AI explain effectively? And how can explanations be modelled technically? These challenges require the interaction of expertise from a wide range of application areas such as medicine, economics and politics.
The new series offers viewers - whether external researchers, research groups or future scientists such as pupils and students - valuable insights into scientific work in an interdisciplinary research environment.
