ChatGPT in Focus & Insights from our Public Talks

Newsletter issue 2.2024 presents the public talk series on ChatGPT. Professor Isabel Steinhardt discussed how social factors influence the use of ChatGPT and how unequal access to technology can reinforce social differences. Professor Hendrik Buschmeier explored the dynamics of interaction with AI chatbots and the complex relationship between humans and AI. The talks provided important insights into the opportunities and challenges of AI technologies.

Publications such as the new video series "Co-Constructing Science" and the recently published book by TRR researcher Professor Tobias Matzner are also presented. In addition to further media and reading tips, an interview with TRR project leader Professor Britta Wrede and a podcast episode with TRR spokesperson Professor Katharina Rohlfing can be found here.
